Hi, I’m Julie Harris. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate both the challenges and the meaningful moments of life. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space—somewhere you can be honest, find support, and discover hope for change.
My work is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which offers practical skills for managing emotions, strengthening relationships, and building resilience. I see therapy as a journey of growth and self-discovery, and I feel honored to be part of that process with each client I meet.
When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me spending time with my husband and our daughters. We love finding the balance between exploring new adventures and simply resting at home. I’m grateful for the community of friends and loved ones in my life, and I carry that same sense of connection and gratitude into the work I do every day.
