Usawa Wellness Services is in network with UHC, Cigna and Aetna. Prior to your visit, please call your insurance company to check your benefits- you can call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire what your in-network pscyhological assessment benefits are.
For other insurances companies, we are out-of-network providers which means we can provide you a superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service for folks using out of network benefits.

We begin with an ntake session to understand your concerns, history, and the goals of the evaluation. This helps us determine the best approach and assessments for your specific needs.
2️⃣ Comprehensive Assessment
Depending on the type of evaluation, you will complete:
✔ Clinical Interviews – One-on-one discussions to explore symptoms, experiences, and background.
✔ Standardized Testing – Cognitive, emotional, and behavioral assessments tailored to your needs.
✔ Behavioral Observations – If applicable, especially for ADHD and Autism evaluations.3️⃣ Scoring & Analysis
After testing, we carefully review and analyze the results to provide an accurate and evidence-based understanding of your strengths, challenges, and potential diagnoses.
4️⃣ Feedback Session & Report
Once the evaluation is complete, we schedule a feedback session to discuss findings and recommendations. You will receive a detailed written report outlining the results and suggested next steps for treatment, accommodations, or further support.
