Celinda Barron, LPC
Hello, my name is Celinda Barron, and have been licensed as a Professional Counselor since 2019. I have a Masters of Arts in Guidance and Counseling. As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and family issues. I offer affirming and inclusive care for gay, lesbian, and bisexual individuals, and I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for exploring identity, relationships, and life transitions.
My work also includes helping clients process and heal from grief, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I understand how complex and personal each journey is, and I strive to meet each person with empathy, respect, and authenticity.
I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you're facing internal struggles, interpersonal difficulties, or identity-related stress, I am here to walk with you—offering guidance, skills, and support every step of the way.
What is your approach to therapy?
I view therapy as a partnership—a space where we work together to explore challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful change. My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are, honoring your lived experience, and supporting your personal goals with compassion and respect.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you:
I take a holistic view of mental health, considering the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual aspects of well-being. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, family issues, or questions of identity, I aim to provide a warm, inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome.
