Hey there! My name is Vivian and I am excited to embark on this adventure with you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with a Masters Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University.

My goal is to provide a comfortable environment for clients to share human experiences and meet them where they are at. I am trained in utilizing Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with clients. I also use a Client Centered approach to use a modality that will be beneficial for the individual.

Over the years I have worked with children, adolescents and teens with grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have experience working with adults and active duty. My therapeutic approach is inclusive to everyone, including being a safe space for members of the LGBTQ community.

I believe we have the skills and strengths to do amazing things if we only know where to look. I look forward to overcoming small and large obstacles to achieve goals together.
