Partners to Parents
The last workshop in our MMH Series is a 2 session virtual workshop for new parents. We will pr0vide tips and offer support to couples/partners who are first time parents, or who are expecting a child(ren).
In this workshop you will learn how to:
continue nurturing your partnerships through healthy communication skills,
healthier coping strategies,
a better understanding of your partners love language, and
how to be content in your parenting and partner interactions.
Registration fee is $50 per couple/partnership. Please email admin@myusawa.org if you are interested in signing up.
Afterglow: A Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder Group
The second part in our Mommy Mental Health series is a 6 week interactive group that’s purpose is to provide pregnant and postpartum mothers with support, coping skills, hope for the future, and a safe, comfortable space to express feelings on motherhood and parenting. Participants will better understand the dynamics of postpartum depression and anxiety, practice mindfulness, and learn coping skills. This offering will be provided virtually and depending on your insurance, your registration may be covered in part, if not all.
If insurance does not cover, the total registration cost is $200 and can be split into 2 payments. If interested in being notified of the date/time please email admin@myusawa.org

Prenatal Prep & Support Group
Ginny Dalton, LCSW-S, PMH-C, kicks off our Mommy Mental Health Series with a 2 day virtual group that aims to prepare and support birthing persons for the postpartum and 4th trimester.
