Prenatal Yoga
Moms and parents-to-be, join Lesley weekly for a gentle and supportive prenatal yoga class. We’ll have a brief check-in, followed by a prenatal yoga practice, safe for all trimesters of pregnancy.
Mindfulness Based ACT Yoga Group
An 8 week group focused on achieving emotional balance and connecting with the present to achieve wellness in both the mind and body, through integration of yoga & evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Restorative Yoga
Join us for this slow, soothing practice of restoration and relaxation. Restorative yoga is deeply meditative and introspective practice that is intended to downregulate the nervous system. If practiced consistently with intention, restorative yoga has the potential to ease stress and anxiety, regulate heartbeat and blood pressure, soothe digestion, and so much more.
