Topher Scott
Namaste! I’m Topher, a graduate student and counselor-in-training at Lamar University, on my path to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and a mindfulness life coach. With over 20 years of personal yoga practice, I bring a holistic approach to counseling and mental health, integrating techniques like breath-work, present-moment awareness, and evidence-based therapies such as CBT, SFBT, MBCT, and MBSR.
My goal is to help foster harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. Having faced childhood trauma and navigated career and relationship challenges as an adult, I understand the fragility of resilience. I believe everyone needs a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their hardships, gain new perspectives, and develop new tools. My intention is to offer empathy, empowerment, collaboration, and support as you navigate life's journey.
I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals and groups within the LGBTQIA+ community, addressing issues such as abuse, trauma, family dynamics, chosen family development, grief/loss, depression, and identity exploration. Additionally, I enjoy helping individuals tackle career-related challenges, including work-related mental health issues, career development, and occupational transitions.
I believe everyone deserves to find peace, both internally and externally, and to have the opportunity to thrive in life.

Harmony Smith
I envision a world where every person is free to be their authentic selves, unapologetically and live an emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually and financially healthy life while fulfilling their potential, whatever that looks like for them. Unfortunately, sometimes life gets in the way of that, and you deserve to have someone to support you in living and creating the life you want for yourself.
My name is Harmony, and I am a graduate counseling student at Lamar University. I completed my undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin, where I got this bright idea to change the world by supporting and empowering folks to live their best life through mental health counseling. I have worked with people across various ages, backgrounds, identities and life experiences. As a mother and partner, I believe that partnership and parenthood are two of the most special, important and emotionally difficult experiences in our lives. I am here to provide a safe space for you to process and work through the challenges that you are facing so you can start living your best life.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support and I am so happy that you are here! Let’s journey together.
